Many times the MLS can be so crammed in a day that agents may overlook your property. This is my way of putting it in front of other Realtors faces so they can view the actual details of the property. Each brochure is stapled shut and mailed to every individual realtor. Every time a change is made (list price, selling bonus, etc..) a new flyer is created and mailed out. All flyers are full color.

I will conduct open houses to try and generate traffic thru your property. The more people in your area that visit the property, the more that people will talk among the community about your property.

I will take time in creating a nice write up about your property for the MLS. I will go the extra mile to generate interest to buyers. I will also keep the pictures updated as the seasons change, and make sure to continually up keep on the changes for all of the websites that we support, especially mine.
- Showings:
Every time there is a showing of the property, I will send a showing report to the agent who showed it. When I get the report back, I will send it to you or call you with the feedback. This is extremely important and helps you and I both to understand what the buyers are "feeling" when they tour your property.
- Free CMA:
I will tour your property at a time that is convenient for you and provide you with a detailed Market Analysis for no charge at all. This market analysis will help you to better understand why I come up with the list price that I think is appropriate, and also is informative and includes detailed information on other properties that are similar to yours. It also provides some helpful information for you to help prepare your home for showings and encourage buyer's to present offers.
- Availability:
I will make myself available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. I will keep you updated on the market conditions in your area and keep you informed when a property comes onto the market that has similar features to yours. Knowing your competition can be the best tool in trying to sell your property.
